JULY

*1-15: Continuing Scholarship Applications Accepted. Follow instructions.

             Correspondence requiring a signature/postage will not be accepted.

              SSLW, Annual, Volunteer Service Required of ALL Scholarship Recipients.

1. Typed application. Submit a  4 in X 6in, professional, high resolution, current, color, head/shoulder, hard copy photo. Type name, school or university's name on tape, and place on back of photo.

2. Typed Bursar's ( Financial) Form;

3.  Submit two documentations of your acceptance and enrollment from college/university as a full – time student.  

4. Failure to comply with all written requirements on the application and the bursar's form

    automatically forfeit scholarship for this year.  Recipients  may re-apply next year.
